- Mix the cornstarch and water. Pour over the tofu mixture in a medium heat. Stir well to make the sauce thicker.
- Lower the heat, sprinkle the green onion. And turn off the heat. Mapo tofu is ready to served over hot steamed rice. Enjoy!
